Hotels in Odense
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. The country delegations must arrange their own accommodation to the event.
We have reserved a variety of hotel room in different hotels ranging from 4* hotels to low budget 1*star hotels, so there should be something for everyone to choose from. The rooms can be booked from now on a first come first serve basis.
All National Organizers will be given a booking reference to use when booking rooms reserved for the event.
Please book your hotel rooms early
Booking is solely the responsibility of the National Organizer or the teams and all arrangements has to be made. Please make sure, that you have a travel insurance in case you need to cancel the hotel rooms booked.
Transportation from hotels to venue will be by public transportation and/or shuttle busses, which will be arranged by us.
Comwell HC Andersen Odense
Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense is centrally located in the charming and quiet H.C. Andersen neighbourhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Odense Station.
Explore the small shops and cafés in the historic area, visit Hans Christian Andersen’s House and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the town square.

30 Double rooms consist of a double bed.
70 Triple room consists of a double bed and a sofa bed.
The double beds consist of two single beds standing next to each other.
However, be aware that the double bed cannot be separated if there is to be an extra bed.

City Hotel Nattergalen
City Hotel Nightingale is a small private owned hotel built in 1988 with comfortable rooms and a rooftop terrace.
In the very city center and by the district of fairytale writer Hans Christian Andersen, City Hotel Nighingale offers bright and friendly rooms and a few fully equipped apartments.

Cabinn Odense
Situated in Odense, right next to the central station, is Cabinn Odense. It offers a 24-hour reception and rooms with a TV, work desk and free Wi-Fi. All rooms at Odense Cabinn have private bathrooms with a shower and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. The rooms are inspired by cabins of passenger ships, putting limited space to maximum use.
Breakfast is offered on the upper floor with views of the city. Snacks and beverages are available in the reception.

Danhostel Odense City
Danhostel Odense City is situated in the former Park Hotel next to Odense Banegårds Center, with views of Kongens Have (the Royal gardens). There are bus connections to all of Odense’s attractions, sports facilities, educational institutions, etc., several times an hour. Odense Danhostel City has 4 storeys with lift. There are rooms with 2, 3, 4 and 5 beds. All rooms have en-suite shower and toilet.

You can only order dinner for all days or none. Dinner is served every evening at the same time in our dining room, where you eat together with the other guests. The time will be announced when we know the number of diners, but will typically be from 18-19.00. The dining hall is then locked again. Drinks for the evening meal must be purchased at the hostel and may not be brought with you. Meals are ordered at the same time as the room, and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
